This year's SXSW festival has already confirmed Marnie Stern, Thurston Moore, Toro Y Moi, Mac DeMarco, Charli XCX, Angel Haze, Sky Ferreira, Major Lazer, Wavves, Savages, Rhye, and tons more. Now they've announced a third wave of artists who will head down to Austin in March to get in on all of the sponsored chaos.
